The District Courts will never attempt to make contact with you via telephone, email, text to notify you of Jury Duty, or any fines or warrants for failure to appear for Jury Duty. If you have been contacted in this manner, you are advised to report it to local law enforcement.

The mission of CHANGE Court is to provide a comprehensive and compassionate treatment-based substance abuse program that empowers individuals to overcome addiction and achieve a path towards recovery and wellness. Program Overview

The Adult CHANGE Court began pilot operation on October 7, 1997, and is a felony-level Treatment Court program.  Special Master Nicholas Cullander conducts CHANGE Court every Thursday at 4:00pm at the Aztec District Court.  Judge Gurley also conducts CHANGE Court when he is available.

The program has the capacity to treat 45 individuals at a time.
