If you receive a text message claiming to be about court fines or requesting payment, do not respond or click any links. This may be a scam. Report suspicious messages to the court or your IT/security office. Your security and trust are important to us.

Jury Scams are on the rise! The District Courts will never attempt to make contact with you via telephone, email, text to notify you of Jury Duty, or any fines or warrants for failure to appear for Jury Duty. If you have been contacted in this manner, you are advised to report it to local law enforcement.

Sign-ups will begin at 1 p.m. by calling 505-326-2256 on the same day as the scheduled clinic. Clients will be asked to leave their names and telephone numbers with the clerk. An attorney will call you between 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. that same day.

Interpreters will be provided upon request.
