Jury Scams are on the rise! The District Courts will never attempt to make contact with you via telephone, email, text to notify you of Jury Duty, or any fines or warrants for failure to appear for Jury Duty. If you have been contacted in this manner, you are advised to report it to local law enforcement.

Mission Statement

The mission of the YACC Program is to provide collaboration between participants, treatment, intensive social support, skill building, case management, and supervision to emerging adults between the ages of 18-25 who have committed criminal acts as a direct or indirect result of their substance use or mental health.  By providing this multi-disciplinary approach, the hope of a life free of the criminal justice system and in recovery may be achieved to all who enter the program.

Program Overview

The Adult YACC Court began operation in October 2023 and is a Treatment Court program that serves Emerging Adults (Ages 18-25) who have been adjudicated of a felony and/or misdemeanor-level crime.  Judge Weaver conducts YACC every Wednesday at 4:00pm at the Farmington District Court.

FY24 Program Outcomes

The YACC program served 10 emerging adults in FY24, but because it is a new program, there are no other program outcomes for FY24.
