Jury Scams are on the rise! The District Courts will never attempt to make contact with you via telephone, email, text to notify you of Jury Duty, or any fines or warrants for failure to appear for Jury Duty. If you have been contacted in this manner, you are advised to report it to local law enforcement.
The Mission of CLEAR Court is to provide a comprehensive and compassionate treatment-based substance abuse and mental health program that empowers individuals to overcome addiction and achieve a path towards recovery, wellness, accountability and acceptance. We are committed to delivering evidence-based services that address the unique needs of each participant, while fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment that promotes healing, growth, and positive change. The program strives to remove the stigma that surrounds substance abuse and mental health, provide resources, access, and support while holding the hope that recovery is possible and can be achieved.
The Adult CLEAR Court began operation in 2007, and is a Mental Health Treatment Court program that serves individuals who have been adjudicated of a felony and misdemeanor level crime. Special Master Nicholas Cullander conducts CHANGE Court every Wednesday at 4:00pm at the Aztec District Court. Judge Gurley also conducts CHANGE Court when he is available.
The program has the capacity to treat 45 individuals at a time.
